Update 11 weeks

184.lbs was my latest weigh in. I started at 222 lbs so that is a total weight loss of 38 lbs. I feel so much better than I did 2 1/2 months ago. I am still not sure of what my ideal weight will be but I am shooting for 175lbs. That is just 9 lbs away. I hope to reach that goal by Christmas. I am working out 5 days a week at home with my Barry's Bootcamp which only takes 20 minutes a day so I can get my workout in before most can get to a gym. I still take the sachet of Zija product and Will stay on the Zija smart drink for now on it is pure nutrition. I eat a balanced diet and I stay away from soda and sugar. During this journey I have learned alot about weight management and nutrition and would love to share it with you. Remember less than 90 days ago I was right where some of you are. Zija meeting in Wichita ks

Last night we had an awesome meeting with Pat Anderson, Ron Larson and Russ Bianchi. Russ is the formulator for Zija and he has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to moringa olifera and nutrition. All three are great speakers and stayed around for Q & A afterwards and it was a blessing to hear them. Update

I am a day late but yesterday was crazy was up and gone early and back late. My weight is 187lbs So that is a net loss is 35lbs. I am gonna shoot for 10 more pounds and reevaluate my situation. As far my workout routine , it is much easier on Friday than it was Monday although I have some sore muscles which is to be expected. What I would like to see is for you to get in the game. I don't think my workout is the best but it is good. If you have some old fitness books,vhs tapes or dvds get them out and use em. I have a friend that is on a different weight loss program system and different workout system and she has lost 43lbs, I am so happy for her because she made a decision to do something about health so she got off the sidelines and got in the game. You can too ,don't wait till tomorrow or Jan 1 today is the day to get in the game. Remember I am here to help you every step of the way. Mike

Still Kicked

So I did the Barry's Bootcamp lower body fat burning workout and I didn't get as nauseous as yesterday but it was still tough. I had to leave the house early because a friend of mine was having surgery and I went to see him before he went under, so I did it this afternoon when I got home. I am just glad they have 3 levels per exercise because some of them I had to do on the easiest level. It does go by fast but I am wore out when I am done. I have an other early morning appointment so it will be another late post tomorrow. Thursday night Dr. Russ Bianchi the formulator of Zija will be in North Little Rock for a q&a if you can be there then be there. I have heard him speak and he is a wealth of information ,if you have any questions concerning moringa or Zija he is the man to ask. He will be at the North Little Rock Hilton at 4100 Grover lane. Kicked

I said I was kickin up a notch and to be honest it kicked me. I got up this morning drank my Zija smart drink and got ready to work out. The Barry's Boot camp has a 21 minute upper body workout and 21 minute lower body workout. I plugged in the upper body workout this morning and I can say I am totally out of shape, so much I was nauseous after the workout.If no pain no gain then i made great strides.I can tell I am getting a total upper body workout including abs. Tomorrow is lower body and I will update after the workout. Tonight I will take measurements so I have something to gauge my progress with. For breakfast I had a banana and a serving of go lean crunch cereal.I will take my xm3 capsule around 11am. Lunch will be a can of tuna, broccoli and an apple and dinner will be whatever Cindy makes but a sensible portion. I will update tomorrow. I am here for you.
