It's been awhile but I fell back into old habits and gained most of the weight back that I lost. I got back up to 225lbs. In April I stated going to the Gym and eating healthy again. I just weighed today and I weigh 200lbs. In July my wife,Cindy and I ordered the Insanity workout and just completed it last week. I highly recommend it. It is tough I guarantee that but worth the money, follow the plan and stick to it you will see results.
This week I started Cross Fit training and spinning classes. Definitely different from Insanity but just as difficult if not harder. I recommend doing Insanity first, because you can go at your own pace and get better every week. I like Cross Fit because it is a different workout every time. I will keep you posted with pictures and results.

On the wagon
Wow it's been 1^ months since I posted anything. First of all I fell off the wagon and Gained 30 of the 40 lbs I lost but I am back on the wagon and in the gym. I am doing things a little different. I am in the gym, working out 45 minutes for 5 days a week. I also have restricted my diet.
Why not Zija? Zija is a MLM that if you do not have a down line then I couldn't afford it. Did it work? For me it worked but my experience was that it only worked for about 50% of the people I tried to help. It totally jumped started my weight loss that allowed me to ge started in losing 40 lbs.
So far I have lost 12 lbs and am getting in pretty good shape. I will keep you posted, I am considering either doing Insanity, Jillion Michaels or DDP extreme yoga. Any thoughts?
