Insane workouts

It's been awhile but I fell back into old habits and gained most of the weight back that I lost. I got back up to 225lbs. In April I stated going to the Gym and eating healthy again. I just weighed today and I weigh 200lbs. In July my wife,Cindy and I ordered the Insanity workout and just completed it last week. I highly recommend it. It is tough I guarantee that but worth the money, follow the plan and stick to it you will see results.

This week I started Cross Fit training and spinning classes. Definitely different from Insanity but just as difficult if not harder. I recommend doing Insanity first, because you  can go at your own pace and get better every week.  I like Cross Fit because it is a different workout every time. I will keep you posted with pictures and results.
