
Day 14 and my weight is 206.6 lbs that is 16.8bl weight loss in 14 days. I feel great! I now have the energy to exercise so I been walking a mile every morning. Yesterday I went on a three mile bike ride. Once again this is not a diet. I am just following the Zija xm3 weight loss challenge. So heres what I do.
Every morning I drink the Zija smart drink on an empty stomach and wait 20 minutes before I eat.
Around 9am or 10am I take a xm3 capsule.
Every other night I take a cleansing tea.
Since my hunger and cravings are curbed it has been easier to give up certain drinks and foods that hinder weight loss. For instance I haven't had a soft drink in 14 days not because I decided to quit soft drinks but I really haven't wanted one so I haven't drank one.
This has been so easy that I challenge anyone who wants lose weight and feel great to Join me.

WOW! That is a real shocker to lose that much weight in 14 day's. Not to mention how much better you feel.
